    Dr. Chen Qiwei is the Founding Partner and Chairman of ABC Capital and Chairman of ABC Corporation. Dr. Chen is also Chairman of the Private Equity Association of Shanghai. In addition he a professor at the Antai College of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

    Dr. Chen serves on the governing boards of a number of professional associations: Deputy Chairman of Shanghai Entrepreneur Association, Council Member of China Entrepreneurs Forum, Member of Shanghai Stock Exchange Corporate Governance Advisory Committee. He is a financial advisor to several provincial governments in China.

    As an expert in international finance and investment banking, Dr. Chen has extensive contact with hundreds of notable domestic and international entrepreneurs and key commercial figures.
