Jackson Pai

Jackson Pai practices in the International Trade client service group. His practice covers a range of international and trade issues, including customs, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the World Trade Organization, international corporate transactions, and cross-border movement of personnel. Fluent in Mandarin Chinese, Mr. Pai travels to China and Taiwan frequently to conduct employee trainings and compliance audits, and to service other client needs in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Mr. Pai served as the first legal advisor for Taiwan’s Permanent Mission to the WTO in Geneva, Switzerland from 2002 until 2006.
