She is actively involved in all aspects of their international supply chain management, continuously identifying areas for process improvement and lean systems, as well as employing an international perspective throughout the learning organization. She also focuses heavily on business development for continual growth as well as glocalization programs in partnership with her international distributors.

Ms. Vonheim had the privilege of starting off her international career by serving as an International Trade Assistant at the US Commercial Service Orange County office. With wonderful insight from outstanding senior staff such as Richard Swanson, Tony Michalski and Maryavis Bokal, Ms. Vonheim was well-equipped with the knowledge and experience of fully utilizing the many resources that are available for companies looking to expand their business abroad.

Ms. Vonheim also owes much of her success to the generous support of her local international trade community. The first stamp in her passport was a direct result of the support from excellent associations such as the Women in International Trade and the Institute of International Education. With the assistance of these scholarships, she was able to brilliantly color her perspective by exploring the riches of Asia Pacific business at the National University of Singapore. Shortly after she completed her Economics B.A. from the University of California Irvine, she had traveled so extensively that she needed to have pages sewn into her brand new passport.

Highlights of her international travel experience thus far include winning a beauty pageant in Singapore, getting hit by a car in the mountains of Greece, exploring the Golden Triangle on motorbike for a month and holding in her hands the legendary jade head of Altun Ha, the crown jewel of Belize. She is always looking forward to her next adventure.
