TOP 1 Oil Products - a California based independent oil company that manufactures and exports high quality lubricants for motorcycles, automobiles and industrial applications.

The success of the company to date has been to offer the very best lubricants available from the United States toselective exclusive distributors in the Asia-Pacific region.

Mr. Ryan is a graduate in Political Science from University of California at Santa Barbara. He spent the first 15 years of his life in Japan, and is fluent in the language. Immediately upon graduation, he went to work for his father's Export Marketing Corporation and has been there for 30 years. He has traveled extensively in the Asia-Pacific region and had visited the capital cities of all ASEAN countries over 100 times in the past 30 years.

What makes Joe unique is that he is the 9th child in a family of 13 and TOP 1 has 3 generations of family working for the company.
