A strategic partnership with the USC Marshall Center for Global Supply Chain Management aimed at improving the global competitiveness of the nation’s supply chains was signed by U.S. Commerce Secretary Penny Pritzker on October 14 at the University Park campus.

Country Commercial Guides (CCGs)
present a comprehensive look at countries' commercial environments, using economic, political and market analysis. The CCGs were established by recommendation of the Trade Promotion Coordinating Committee (TPCC), a multi-agency task force, to consolidate various reporting documents prepared for the U.S. business community.
The U.S. Department of Commerce posts CCGs on their site as they are released.

MBA Students Prepare E-Commerce Report for International Meeting
A team of 12 USC MBA students led by Carl Voigt
recently traveled to Manila to attend the 2015 Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) Leaders Meeting, where they presented to the APEC Business Advisory Council the results from their yearlong research project. The students investigated the effects of cross-border e-Commerce on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as obstacles to the growth of e-Commerce.
